Brother of 2 SIs held with objectionable material | | | Sumit Sharma

Jammu, Sept 28: A guest from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) who came to India via Chakan-da-Bagh to meet his two brothers who happens to be the Sub Inspectors in Jammu and Kashmir has been detained with the objectionable material, here on Monday. The cops are at present posted at Rajouri and Jammu. As per police sources, Mohmmand Aslam ( 67) s/o Mohd Dilpazir r/o Gulhar Sharief Kotli, PoK, who came to J&K to meet his relative namely Mohd Iqbal Malik r/o Darhali Bridge, Rajouri was detained with the objectionable materials. The questioning of the detained guest was on by the police and Intelligence Agencies, till last reports poured in. From his possession, police recovered six magazines notably of Jihad-e-Kashmir and Tehreek- e- Kashmir. The magazines contained provocative materials for the minority community to go against the India. Sources said that he has come to India third time this year when caught hold off. Earlier he had come on visa in 2007. He has four brothers in J&K and two are reportedly SIs in Jammu and Kashmir Police ( posted in Rajouri and Jammu) and 2 are retired head masters. However, during pre investigation, he informed the Intelligence Agencies that he had inadvertently brought these magazines. His detailed questioning was in progress by police. |
