Nukkad play 'Daawat-e-Eid' staged | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 28 : To give the message of peace, unity and brotherhood among different communities -Lalded Women Welfare Society staged a nukkad play namely 'Daawat-e-Eid' on the holy festival Id Ul Zuha at Bari-Brahamna continuation to its Saturday series. The play was conceived and written by social activist Rampaul Dogra and directed by Naveen Pal. The story starts with one Abdul who works as casual labourer and earns his livelihood by putting hard work. He is honest and true believer of God. He goes to offer prayer regularly and hopes that days will surely change to him. One day he was spreading stone layer on road where departmental work was going on. Meanwhile, a senior road Officer, visits the site and he finds that only. Abdul is lifting big stone pieces by his own without any help of other Labour Dr and he is sweating in full form. When he inquired about other workers, he said, no idea sir' Abdul says that he is doing his job which is allowed to him and is a god fearing man. Only he has to answer to the God to my account because he afraid from him. so I am working honestly. |
