'Fireless Cooking' competition held at DPS 9/29/2015 12:00:39 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, Sept 28: Delhi Public School (DPS) Udhampur in a bid to explore skills of the students today organized an inter class cooking contest in the school premises in which a large number of students participated. The chief guest of the event was Chairman of the school Dr J.C.Gupta who along with Principal and Vice-Principal of the school took a round and interacted with the participants. According to school spokesperson, the students from classes I to V participated and prepared various healthy and nutritious food stuff that too without baking/cooking in their classes under the guidance of their teachers. "Students enjoyed the fireless cooking and infact they were excited to share the recipes of the food items at home to their mothers, the spokesperson said, adding, "this activity also helped the student to learn about teamwork and mutual cooperation."
