BSNL fails Katra yet again 9/29/2015 12:01:03 AM Early Times Report Katra, Sept 28: BSNL once again failed the subscribers of Katra as poor or no connectivity irked them. The subscribers said that the mobile as well as landline connections remain non-functional most of the times. A subscriber said, " it seems that the outgoing calls are also banned alongwith the internet as I was not able to connect to my relative on telephone for both the days". Another subscriber said that even the SMS service didn't work. Some subscribers shared that on contacting the office, an official said, "It is a temporary error and will be fixed soon".
