| Pak violations of Gilgit Agency by misusing status quo of Indian territory without regarding its political status is asserted beyond any doubt that it has been in illegal occupation of it since 1948. It was placed under the supervision of aggressor Pakistan by U N Security Council as a care-taker till further order, but not for any change, which is known world over. The Pakistan leaving aside all international norms and law as well as regard of international community, especially the U N authority took misadventure to enter in to an agreement with veto-powered China for the construction Karakuram high way by ceding Shaksgam valley to it and sanctioning of 46-billion dollars for Pak-China Economic corridor construction on Indian sovereignty where Pak-has no legal right to alter the status quo without taking neither U N O nor India publically in to confidence. The China is fully aware about Pak- dummy political status on the territory of status quo, besides it also knows about the reaction of its unwarranted intrusion for expanding activities and the return reaction from India. The grabber Pakistan was happy in its own presumption that it was absolute competent of having political rights to use the gifted territory according to its own choice and discretion which it got through lottery, and India would not retaliate in the same manner due to its non-violence background. That non-violence back ground of Indian Congress leadership was the obstacle; therefore the first Prime Minister of India, Pt. Nehru knocked the door of the U N Security Council to submit representation in the hope that it would use its god offices to get stopped further bloodshed committed by Pakistan through sudden aggression over Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir and surrendered his State territory peacefully encroached upon through invasion, Late on, he informed his Parliament for the information of his nation regarding action taken by his Government. In continuation to his explanation, he further told to his nation that his Government was full competent to give befitting reply in the blood-spilling manner, but his conscious did not allow him to spill the blood of those with whom they and their forefathers had been living in the relation of kith and kins, therefore he went to UNSC to bring Pakistan in peaceful mood to make the congenial atmosphere to stop further bloodshed and vacate the his State territory encroached upon with muscle power. Those all developments were processed at the cost of non-violence policy.
The ruling leadership of India has followed its successive Government policy of non-violence and developed on all angles, but on the other side, Pakistan with the weapon of religion followed the violent policy of bloodshed, therefore mutual political relations of the two countries have gone worse. After emerging on the horizon, it invaded Jammu & Kashmir and spilled river of human blood of thousands people and set on fire their properties, crops and encroached upon some part of the State. In the meanwhile Indian forces reached, stopped their further march and retreated the Pak-forces. Afterwards, it started three more conventional wars, where in, it suffered humiliating defeat to the extent of loss its sovereignty of its eastern Pakistan and suffered humiliation internationally. Despite suffering irreparable set back and getting inferiority, it started a proxy war under its violent policy to create unrest, disharmony, en masse mindless killings, spilling river of human blood, indulge in loot and plunder for creating chaos and anarchy, attack on security forces on duty deputed for their protection, and afterwards defame India by leveling baseless charges to damage the reputation on international level for the purpose to grab the State.
It generated terrorism to bleed India and started misleading propaganda to defame it on flimsy grounds on the issue of human rights violations. It established its stipendiary lobby in the valley to implement its agenda and started violence, indulged in subversive activities and brutal killings of the innocent people for creating chaos, disharmony and lawlessness to achieve its object to empower the State. It raised unconcerned ambiguous demands one after other to solve the State so called tangle in the future meeting keeping in view of the aspirations of the Kashmiri Muslims, after short interval they asserted that they were the principal party and had a right to represent its community in the two-nation meeting, they further demented to include their lobby member in two nation meeting, next morning they demanded that the State was a political issue and be resolved politically, but all these afterthought confusing mind demands were irrelevant and had no concern with the main issue. The processing of the accession of the State according to the Indian Independence Act of 1947, the proclamation of the British Crown in the Chamber of Princes of British Indian States at New Delhi in June 1947, and the British Cabinet Mission Memorandum of 1946 to define the status of the Rules for merging their States this or that dominion were the guide line, as well as the legal documents, and non-challengeable. These all negative growth nursed by Pakistan was its diplomatic stunt for consuming time by turning the attention of the world statesmen from the central subject of the issue to focus towards its new afterthought irrelevant issues. |
