JMC seizes polythene carry bags, imposes fine 9/30/2015 11:49:38 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 30: The Enforcement Staff of Jammu Municipal Corporation today seized polythene carry bags and also imposed fine on offenders. During the drive the team seized Polythene Carry Bags and charged Rs. 13350.00 as compounding fee from the defaulters on spot for using the polythene carry bags. The People were also made aware of the ban on the use of polythene carry bags and were requested to discard the polythene carry bags and use the Bags made of Bio-degradable material.
