Salal Power Station observes RTI week 10/13/2015 10:17:50 PM Early Times Reports Reasi Oct 13 Salal Power Station observed RTI Week from 05.10.2015 to 12.10.2015. During the week, banners were displayed and RTI Awareness Programs were organized for the employees at various sites of the Power Station like Power House, Bidda Workshop, Admn. Block, Jyotipuram. During interaction session, the questions raised by the employees with regard to RTI were well answered by J.K.Sharma, Manager (HR) and Munish Kant Gaurav, Dy. Manager (HR) / APIO of the Power Station. A.Z. Geelani, Chief Engineer (Elect.), Salal Power Station chaired the main program which was organised at Conference Hall of Admn. Block wherein a large number of employees participated. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Engineer said that RTI is a powerful tool in the hands of citizens of the country which helps promote transparency and accountability besides eradicating malpractices.
