Udhampur Attack: Kulgam police arrests truck owner who transported Pak militant Naved 10/13/2015 10:53:31 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 13: The Kulgam police on Tuesday arrested a truck owner who had allegedly transported the Pakistani militant Naveed alias Usman to Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir where he had attacked a Border Security Force bus on August 5. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had announced Rs 2 lakh reward on him. The NIA is probing the militant attack in which two BSF personnel were killed. In his early 20s, Naved along with his accomplice Mohammed Noman alias Momin had carried out a terror strike on a BSF convoy on August five in Udhampur killing two personnel of the border guarding force.
