He alleged that Vice Chancellor Prof R D Sharma instead of improving the key delivery systems was busy in pursuing vindictive agenda against the scholars and students despite the fact that the Chancellor of the University (Governor N N Vohra) had directed the University authorities during the University Council meet to streamline the examination processes so that results could be declared in time.
Ever since, Prof R D Sharma has taken over the reins of the University, the condition has gone worst as almost all the sections have failed to deliver in time especially result is the real casualty.
