Fire breaks out in Poonch, 12 shops gutted 10/13/2015 11:06:10 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 13: At least 12 shops were gutted in a major fire which broke out in Surankote area of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. "Fire broke out due to short circuit in Surankote market of the district late last night," DySP Riaz Tantray, SDPO Surankote today said. Twelve shops were charred to ashes while no loss of life was reported," he added.
