| Roller skating tournament organized | | |  Early imes Report
Jammu, Oct 13 : DAV National Sports today organized a cluster level roller skating tournament at MHAC School in which various school of Jammu and Punjab were participated.
According to press release, the tournament started with the formal welcome to the chief guest Alok Betab and officials from Roller Skating Federation of India and J&K along with the different school teams with their coaches.
The skaters held a march past with their flags and placards with the last year winner moving ahead of all chief guest declared the meet open.
On this occasion, Sumesh Sharma the Assistant Commissioner Development was guest of honour for the valedictory function of the tournament.
Sharma accompanied by Alok Betab, Principal, MHAC honoured the winners by presenting them the medals and trophies.
MHAC School, Nagbani bagged 8 Gold medals. Police DAV Public School bagged 4 Silver medals whereas MHS DAV Akhnoor won 2 Bronze medals.
The Winner Boys Trophies in Quads & Inline as well as the winner Girls trophies in Quads & Inline were bagged by MHAC School, Nagbani.
Overall trophy of the tournament has also been lifted by MHAC School, Nagbani. |
