Red Cross Society donates dustbins to GCW 10/14/2015 12:04:56 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 13 : As part of Swachh Bharat Abhyan, the Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu region donated waste containers to Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar here today. According to press release, RC Puri, Secretary of Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu handed over 10 dustbins to college Principal Dr. Kiran Bakshi in a brief function organized by Red Cross and NSS Units of College. While thanking the society for generous donation, Dr. Kiran Bakshi appreciated the efforts of the society to the humanity in general and its role in the Swachh Bharat Abhyan in particular. She expressed her hopes that the students especially the NSS and Red Cross volunteers will take lead in keeping the college campus and their surroundings at large neat and clean as per ideals of Prime Minister's Swachh Bharat vision 2019.
