CMO Poonch tours health institutions in Mandi Block 11/18/2015 11:41:27 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Nov 18: To take stock of grievances of the people besides getting updates about functioning of health institutions in Mandi block of district, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Poonch Dr Mumtaz Bhati toured Mandi Block and instructed doctors and paramedics to remain punctual and serve with dedication to the people who exude faith in them. During his visit CMO Poonch further instructed doctors to utilize available resources of hospitals for the health care of patients. He also warned the medical fraternity that any doctor or paramedical staff found not utilizing available facilities of the Hospital for patients will be taken to task.
