Sarpanch agrees to allow passage to villagers ET Impact 11/19/2015 12:07:12 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 18: Responding to the report published in ET titled "Sarpanch-Patwari hooliganism irks villagers" based on allegations of the villagers that the Sarpanch was infringing upon their right to way by illegal construction, the concerned Sarpanch of village Chann Khaterian, Shamsher singh has clarified that he had purchased the said piece of land and raised the foundation on it. He however offered to allow pathway to the villagers.
