| Central University of Jammu signs MoU with AASHRAY | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 18: The Central University of Jammu (CUJ) signed a MoU with AASHRAY-Promotion of Social Enterprises Foundation, Ahmadabad, Gujarat with a purpose of building collaboration and strengthening the understanding between the two organizations and conduct collaborative incubation activities with a mutual co-operation.
The scope of this MoU is to define the areas of work where both the parties desire to work together to benefit from each other's strengths and expertise.
CUJ Vice-Chancellor, Prof Ashok Aima, presided over the session and made some interesting remarks on the technology transfer, advanced scientific research and platform technology development. He also informed that this MoU will help in collaborative industrial research and product development along with the advanced scientific research and platform technology development with the support of industry/Government.
Technology transfer would be the main focus of this MoU. Earlier Dr Jaya Bhasin, Head, Department of HRM & OB, Central University of Jammu started the session by deliberating about the incubation centre and MoU being signed.
Prof Deepak Raj Gupta, Dean , School of Business Studies and Convener IIEC gave insights about the Incubation, innovation and entrepreneurship council, Central University of Jammu.
Prof Lokesh Verma, Academic Coordinator, CUJ, made a remarkable deliberation about the collaborative industrial research.
Earlier, an interactive session was held by Dr Raashid Saiyed, CEO AASHRAY techno-social business incubator, Ahmadabad, Gujarat with the students and faculty of Central University of Jammu. |
