'Soz not joining PDP' 11/29/2015 12:37:43 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 28: J&K Pradesh Congress has denied that its former state chief Saifudin Soz was joining the ruling PDP. Reacting to a news story carried by Early Times, Congress's chief spokesman Ravinder Sharma said that Saifuddin Soz "is known for his ideals and ideology in the entire country especially in the state."
