Kathua, Dec 22: Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan today organized State Level declamation contests on the topic "patriotism and national building" at Women College, Kathua.
After completion of Declamation contests at Block and District levels, the Sangathan starts State Level declamation contest. In this state level contest the District Level winner hailing from Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jammu, Udhampur, Doda, Rajouri, Poonch and Kathua has participated.
Sukhdev Singh, Zonal Director, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, J&K was Chief Guest on the occasion and inaugurate the function by lightening the lamp, Dr. Satinder Singh Principal, Govt. Women College, Kathua was guest of Honour and S.S. Kashyap, Deputy Director preside over the function.
Principal Govt. Women College, Kathua in his address urged upon youth to be law abiding citizen of India and be disciplined and honest in endeavour in serving the Nation with the spirit.
S.S. Kashyap, Deputy Director, NYKS, J&K , in his address highlights the great history of our freedom struggle which based on our rich human values and traditions. Our constitution is unique in the World and gave us all duties and responsibilities to serve the nation. |
