DRS Kids celebrates 9th Annual Day Function 12/23/2015 12:29:26 AM Jammu, Dec 22 : DRS Public School celebrated its 9th Annual Day Function at General Zorawar Singh, auditorium of Jammu University. Minister for Transport, Abdul Gani Kohli, was the Chief Guest of the function and MLC Charan Singh Khalsa, General Secretary BJP, Dr Narinder Singh and Director, Urban Bodies Soujanya Sharma were present as the guests of honour in the function. The theme of the function was 'Zindagi-The Truth'. The function was started with lighting of traditional lamp by the guests along with the members of school advisory board followed by Ganesh Vandna performed by young kids in beautiful costumes. On the occasion principal of school, Supinder Kour welcomed all the guests and briefed about the achievements of the school after that student of the school presents various cultural events. Chief Guest commended the performance by kids and congratulated the staff for their hard work in guiding the youth in a true manner. He advised the teaching fraternity to continue with their efforts and make kids to excel in all fields of life.
