Local court grants bail in murder case 2/20/2016 11:38:40 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Feb 20: Principal Distt and Sessions Judge Poonch Tahir Khurshid Raina today granted Bail in murder case. After hearing Sr Advocate Sayed Taj Hussain Shah and Adv Sayed Ibrar Hussain Shah and public Prosecutor Mushtaq Hussain, the session Judge Poonch granted bail to a lady after perusal all the record on file and evidence against the accused. Court observed that the case was registered in2014 and five accused are facing trail including a lady namely Bava Bi. Keeping in view the age of the lady accused, the Sessions Judge consider the age factor of the aged female accused. The Sessions Judge Poonch granted bail to accused petitioner on personal and surety bond.
