BSF organizes programme under CAP in village Rangoor | | | Early Times Report
VIJAYPUR, Feb 20: Under the Civic Action Programme (CAP), the 126 Bn of the Border Security Force (BSF) organized a programme at Government Girls Middle School and Government Boys Primary School in village Rangoor. The programme was chaired by Commandant 126 Bn BSF Hari Lal. Scores of people and students from Rangoor and nearby villages viz Keso and Kamour participated in the programme. Commandant Lal donated various stationary items and one computer for village students and school respectively. Besides, 126 BN BSF also organized a free medical camp at the venue. Hari Lal, Commandant, inaugurated the camp in the presence of local dignitaries and reputed persons of the border villages. During the camp Dr Abdul Wajid DC/ SMO 97 Bn and team of Doctors of Government Hospital Ramgarh Dr Yogesh and Dr Nitin along with paramedical staff attended patients and distributed free medicines to the patients consisting of 150 males and 100 females along with 65 children. Refreshment was also provided by the unit to villagers who attended the medical camp as well Civic Action Programme. The response of the local population was overwhelming and they thanked BSF with a request to organize more such progarmmes in future. |
