CAPD conducts market checks, imposes fine 2/21/2016 12:05:15 AM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Feb 20: The Enforcement squad of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution department headed by Assistant Director Enforcement conducted market check of various areas of Srinagar city today.
