JAMMU, Apr 9 : In a PIL, highlighting high airfare being charged by airlines from Jammu to other destinations, a high court division bench of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice B S Walia today granted two weeks time to air companies to file objections. The PIL has sought cap on airfare and also make airlines accountable for the delay of flights from Jammu. The bench, after hearing the two sides, granted two weeks time to air companies to file objections. (JNF) |
