Jammu, Apr 14: All Migrants Camp Coordination Committee, (AMCCC) today held its meeting at Jagti under the presidentship of Desh Rattan Pandita in which members decided to continue the movement started from Jantar Mantar, New Delhi in near future in support of demands of migrant community. Desh Rattan briefed in meeting regarding recent protest at Jantar Mantar at New Delhi besides the meetings which were held with Union Home Minister, Union Tourist Minister, Joint Secretary JK Affairs Ministry of Home & Director Home, New Delhi which in New Delhi in recent past. "We hope the Centre Govt would like to work according to the Memorandum which was submitted by our Organization to these higher up, he said while highlighting that main demands which include Release of Rice @ 9 kg per soul which is pending since the Day of Shivratri, Pending balance of ex-gratia against houses, retrieval of encroached land & other property in Valley, educational scholarship to all needy & poor students and special Healing Touch Policy for over-aged youths. The AMCCC Leaders said that the movement which was started at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi will continue in near future also. "In the next phase we will protest in front of the Parliament, he said.
