GDC Budhal students' demand scholarship 4/27/2016 9:02:29 PM Early Times Report rajouri, Apr 27: Students of Government Degree College Budhal today held a meeting here at college campus in which they demanded scholarship. According to press release, college president Zahid Farooq Mir said that the Pahari Advisory Board is not giving scholarship to 41 Pahari students of the college. Zahid questioned to Advisory Board if they were not Pahari then why they issued Pahari Certificates to these students. If there was any problem in giving scholarship to these students then board should tell that time. So students can apply any other scholarship. Poor students spend approximately 500 rupees when they apply for scholarship. Zahid further said that if the scholarship was not given to these students they will complaint against the board. He also said that as per rule every student can apply only one scholarship from an institution.
