Sr. AAG granted week's time to seek instructions for release of Rs 2.25 cr Black-topping of court's parking lot 5/11/2016 10:59:18 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 11: Observing that the state had on March 14, 2016 assured to release balance amount of Rs 2.25 cr in 2016-17 for black-topping of a new parking lot in the district court complex here, a high court division bench of Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice B S Walia today granted the sr AAG a week's time to get instructions from the government in this regard. The bench granted time on the request of a senior AAG. Earlier, the court heard the counsel for Bar Association, Jammu, which has filed the PIL regarding a primary health centre, a parking lot, a separate road for the court complex and a flyover from Janipur to Amphalla. The bench observed that the court had on March 14, 2016 recorded the state's assurance as regards the release of balance amount of Rs 2.25 cr in 2016-17 for black-topping of the new parking area of district court complex.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
