SIE conducts seminar on Digital India 5/30/2016 11:35:39 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 30: Education Technology of State Institute of Education Jammu organized a Divisional Level Seminar on Digital India today. Education Technology of State Institute of Education Jammu organized a Divisional Level Seminar today at SIE Jammu under the overall guidance of Mohd Iqbal, Joint Director (trgs)/Principal SIE Jammu on Digital India. The main emphasis of this seminar was to discuss various advantages of Digital India; a Programme to prepare India for a knowledgeable future. The focus is providing Digital Infrastructure as a Utility to Every Citizen, Governance & Services on Demand and Digital Empowerment of Citizens. The programme was inaugurated by Brij Lal, Field Advisor of SIE Jammu who exhorted the participants to take opportunity of participating in such activities which are necessary for the overall development of personality of the child.
