NC assails PDP-BJP coalition for plunging Jammu into power, water crisis 6/27/2016 11:03:48 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 27State Vice President National Conference Th Kashmira Singh and Co-Chairman OBC Cell Abdul Gani Teli have expressed anguish over denial of basic minimum facilities to the people, saying the government has failed on front of deliverance despite making lofty promises. "People are craving for power and drinking water facilities, especially in these months of scorching summer but the administration seems to be in deep slumber which is evident from frequent and unscheduled power cuts for hours and scarcity of drinking water in most of Jammu areas", Th Kashmira Singh while addressing the party workers at Sanjay Nagar here. Th Kashmira Singh, who was chief guest at the function organised by NC OBC Cell, said that long-hours cuts have made the life of people miserable and low voltage has been major irritant that has caused damages to household electrical gadgets immensely. He particularly made a mention of Sanjay Nagar and said that the residents were suffering due to lack of civic amenities and the choked drains and heaps of garbage was posing grave threat to public health.
