NGEU continues two hours protest 6/27/2016 11:07:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 27::The Non-Gazetted Employees Union, University of Jammu (NGEU) continued their two hours protest on sixth day and also extended the time for protest to two hour. According to press release, Non-Gazetted Employees Union also organized a rally around the University Campus alongwith all the supporting members of the Union and staff in the office of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and disperse the rally in Examination Block. The Vice-Chancellor has constituted a "Task Force Committee-to intervene in this matter. A meeting of -Task Force Committee" and NGEU was held in the office chamber of the Registrar on 23.06.2016 but the authority did not take keen interest to resolve the long pending demands of the employees. The Rector Bhaderwah Campus (Prof. GM Shad) harassed the employee of the Bhaderwah Campus and also withheld his salary. The employee is eligible to regulized under the policy of 7 years. The University Authority has made an objection. Vijay Kumar.
