ICL announces scholarship 7/15/2016 10:50:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 15: Suvir Singh Balouria, Director marketing, ICL Group of Colleges, announced 50% scholarship to general candidates. As per press release, the basis of the scholarship for the candidates or eligibility criteria has been made on the family's annual income which must be at par or below Rs 4,50,000 and the scholarships to SC/ST and minority students will also be provided as per government norms.
