Students protest over 'no fresh' admissions in GCW 7/15/2016 10:51:18 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, July 15: Alleging lack of infrastructure at Govt College for Women (GCW) Udhampur, the students of college today staged demonstration against administration of College as there were made no new admissions in this college. A large number of students assembled outside the college and staged demonstration against administration of Government College for Women (GCW) for failing to make new admissions in the college. The agitated students alleging inadequate infrastructure blocked the Battal Balian Road for two hours and disrupted the vehicular movement. However after the assurance from the college authorities the protesters lifted their protest. Meanwhile Principal GCW Udhampur Prof. K S Koushal said that college authorities have submitted a report in regard to additional rooms in the campus but nothing has been initiated till date since the said report was submitted in 2013   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
