Narco-smuggler denied bail 7/15/2016 11:15:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 15: 1st additional sessions judge, Jammu, (special court under NDPS Act), M A Chowdhary today rejected the bail application of an alleged narco-smuggler. According to the police case, Sheetal Singh was apprehended by a police party after the recovery of 10 gunny bags of poppy straw, weighing 48 kg, from his possession. He was then booked under section 8/15 of NDPS Act. The judge, after hearing the two sides, observed that illict drugs had a high addiction potential and there was a gradual increase in their intake.
