Grameen Bank organizes awareness prog on Financial Inclusion 7/27/2016 10:46:11 PM Early Times Report. Jammu, July 27: Jammu and Kashmir Grameen Bank under the Chairmanship of RK Chhibber in collaboration with NABARD today organized awareness programme on the Pradhan Mantri's Social Security Schemes at village Siot. Bank Manager, Vipan Gupta informed the participants at length regarding the benefits of social security schemes Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana. He also informed the gathering that these schemes have been designed to provide security cover to the poor population particularly those working in the unorganized sectors. He also advised the people to avail this benefit through nearest Grameen Bank Branch. Farmers clubs were financed and KCCs were also disbursed during the programme.
