| Neeraj Gupta visits flood affected families | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 28: Neeraj Gupta Zonal President contested MLA Jammu West Constituency today visited the areas of Jammu west Constituency affected by the rain fall along with the team of his party workers and associates.
He consoled the aggrieved families and provided ration to some of the families who not only bore loss of furniture but also lost their kitchen along with material.
They are living below poverty line and their earning depends on the daily basis. They are not in a position to again maintain kitchen. Leaders from all parties visited them, but did not help them to overcome their problem.
Keeping in view all these circumstances Neeraj Gupta come forward for their help. He distributed ration to them and ensure them that he will help them in a best possible way. Gupta strongly condemned the way in which the Govt. handled the situation. He said that it is the responsibility of the Govt. to help their citizens in all situations, but it is very unfortunate that the Govt. is in deep sleep, its MLA's M.P's don't bother whether the people of the state who sent them in Assembly of State as well as centre are enjoying their life as a good citizen or not.
He said that the BJP M.L.A. of the constituency had broken the record of winning the assembly seat by heavy margin and he had also broken all the records of the previous MLA's in exploiting the people of the Jammu.
He said that the BJP MLA has no time and has no capability of handling the situation which a common man facing in his day to day life. |
