Mehbooba justifies civilian killings in Kashmir: YNC 8/16/2016 11:42:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 16: Terming the statement of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti over the use of force as confusing, Youth National Conference here has stated that CM is still not aware weather force has been used without her direction or with her direction and has demanded that centre government should clear it's stand on the matter. In a press statement issue here by Youth National Conference Provincial President Ajaz Jan, he said that in yesterday's statement during Independence Day programme at Srinagar, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said that she will take action if finds that force has been used without her direction. " It clearly means action has been taken on the directions of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti " Jan said saying that statement is confusing and she should clear her statement. Now its about one and a half month long curfew in valley, but centre government is still to clear it's stand and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is concentrating on Balochistan rather than valley, Jan said adding that centre government should clear it's stand.
