CCI appeals Finance Minister to extend date of VAT returns 8/24/2016 10:26:12 PM Early Times Report Jammu, August 24: Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCI) president Rakesh Gupta appealed Hon'ble Finance Minister Dr Hasseb A Drabu to extend the last date for filing of VAT returns as well as the last date to deposit the VAT tax for the first quarter 2016-2017 at least by two months. He also apprised Drabu that because of the prevailing law and order situation on ground in Kashmir Valley, the business people throughout the state have been directly or indirectly effected and still there is no sigh of relief and the members of the business community are not in a position to deposit the VAT amount or file VAT returns.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
