The occasion was the landing of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh at the airport. As expected many "bigwigs" were present there to receive him. They were standing in Q. JK Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti was not there. Obviously number two in the government Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh was among those who received the visiting Home Minister of India. Chief Secretary to the J&K Government BR Sharma was also there and it was expected. What happened at the airport? The Home Minister shook hands with those who received him and short talks, which is something customary. Very interestingly, J&K BJP general secretary organization was also there standing in the Q. He was standing next to BJP MLC Charanjeet Singh Khalsa. Can anyone imagine that Chief secretary to J&K Government would stand in the Q next to this BJP man, who was just a party leader? But it actually happened. Indeed, the State Chief Secretary was standing next to the J&K BJP general secretary organization.
