'Dialogue with separatists' not in interest of nation: KPC | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 30: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) leadership today stated that to initiate any dialogue process by Modi Govt on former PM and veteran BJP leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee doctrine with all political groups, including the Hurriyat Conference on the pressure and insistence of Mehbooba Mufti State Chief Minister is not in the interest of the nation and nationalist minorities of J&K state KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri while addressing his party activists at New Delhi today questioned what would be the result if Vajpayee doctrine of "Insaaniyat, Kashmiriyat and Jamhooriyat" was invoked and applied? "It would mean many things. It would mean implementation of former Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf's formula, which in turn would mean India-Pakistan joint control on Jammu and Kashmir, maximum self governance or maximum autonomy, demilitarization of the state, porous Line of Control and division of Jammu and Kashmir into seven zones, he said. He also added, "It would also mean dangerous respectability to the politics of separatism and communalism the Kashmiri separatists and other Kashmiri leaders have been indulging in to get the state segregated from India on the plea that Jammu and Kashmir is a Muslim majority state and Pakistan is its natural choice." Kundan Kashmiri also said in addition it would mean destruction of the minorities in the state who constitute no less than 40 per cent population in the state. KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri stated that no one has mandate nor Indian constitution allows any one to change the map of Indian nation and more importantly Kashmir is crown of India and whole India is incomplete with out Kashmir. |
