Jammu, Aug 30: RCD Centre, Nanak Nagar, Jammu on Tuesday organised farmer awareness camp.According to press release, nearly 40 progressive farmers of the area attended the camp. The camp was attented by Dr Pran Koul, Livestock Development Officer, Jammu and Dr. Shah Nawaz Khan, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Nanak Nagar. During the interaction with farmers Livestock Development Officer, Dr Pran Koul had a detailed deliberation with the progressive farmers. He stressed upon them to take up all technical aspects into consideration while rearing the dairy animals so that maximum benefits are achieved. He further stressed upon them to adopt dairy farming as a profitable venture and major source of self employment generation in animal husbandry. |
