| "Chotta Manimesh Yatra" to begin on Sept 6 | | | Early Times Report
Doda, Aug 31: Chotta Manimesh Yatra starts on 6th September 2016 at district border of Doda/Udhampur J&K. This yatra is also known by the name of Chotta Manimahesh.
It is located at Doda district block Marmat panchayat Upper Behota. In this year "Yatra Chota Manimesh" Ram Rachna is commencing on 6th September 2016 to 9th September 2016.
All the devotees of different part of state are informed that the nowalla (Jag-Ratta) is being performed on 6th of September 2016 at Mool than Mathi Ratru Jagran Bhajan Sandhia will be organized on same night at Behota base camp and Langer be provided by the different langer communities at every stop of Yatra.
All the yatries are advised that the yatra control committee has completely banned consumption of any kind of liquor or lottery playing card etc.
In addition to the main festivals, thousands of pilgrims visit the scared place throughout the year. This occasion the pilgrims from various parts of District Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban, Udhampur, Jammu & other parts of J&K will participate in the annual function/festival.
