Local booked for assaulting temple priest 9/10/2016 10:58:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 10: Police today booked a person for allegedly assaulting a priest of ancient Nar Singh Temple when the later (priest) resisted dumping of construction material in a nullah near temple. Police sources said that day before yesterday a local namely Ruby Kumar of Pakki Dhakki engaged labouers to dump waste construction material in a nullah situated on the rear side of the temple. However the Priest of the Nar Singh temple objected this following which the accused (Ruby Kumar) had some heated altercation with the priest which later took ugly turn and he assaulted the priest also. The Priest lodged the written complaint with local police to seek action in this regard.
