DPYF holds protest, demands release of selection list | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 11: A protest demonstration was held under the banner of "Displaced Pandit Youth Forum" demanding immediate release of selections lists of advertisement notification no :- 01 of 2012 under Prime Ministers Employment Package for Kashmiri Migrants. They made an appeal to Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh and chairperson of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board to release the selection lists of Teacher, Social Worker, Lab. Assistant, Lab. Technician, Junior Librarian, Data Entry Operator, EDP Supervisor and Receptionist. More than 3000 candidates have qualified written Tests, given interviews and also follow all the rules and procedures of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board, but their selection lists are pending from last four years which is injustice as delay in Prime Ministers Employment Package has already spoiled career of Kashmiri pandit youth. The youth alleged that they meet several times with Law Minister, Revenue Minister, Chief Secretary, Chairperson of JK^SB and Relief Commissioner but they said list is pending because of Stay Order of Sunil Kumar Dhar and others versus State, SWP NO:- 1975\2014. As the above stay order was vacated by High Court of Jammu on dated 26\08\2016. Thus now there is no legal issue for delaying our selection lists. They requested present Govt, of J&K to release their selection lists and do justice for aspirants without further delay. |
