BCET organizes guest lecture on Nationalism 9/27/2016 11:42:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 27: A Guest lecture on Nationalism was delivered by Cot (Retd) Shuja Ahmed Quresht to the students of the Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology supwal, Samba. The Guest speaker was welcomed and introduced to the students by the Principal of the college. The Speaker, Col. Qureshi delivered a Scintillating lecture on Nationalism which evoked keen sense of belongingness to the younger minds among themselves for ones nation. Nationalism has been extremely important in forming the bonds that hold a nation together, Nationalism in different countries was also discussed by the speaker. After the Guest lecture, different culture events were also organized on Nationalism. The events were slogan writing, poster making, poetry recitation and Rangoli In Rangoli: Students of electrical stream bagged 1st prize, and 2nd prize was bagged by civil department. In Slogan writing: the 1st prize was bagged by Prakrati from department of CSE department and 2nd prize was bagged by Nandini Vaid from E&C Department. In Poster Making: Nandini Vaid from E&C Department bagged 1st prize and Amitabh Bali from Mechanical Department got 2nd.
