Kupwara villages crave for water 10/4/2016 10:21:26 PM Early Times Report kupwara, Oct 4: TAmid tall claims of development, some villages in Kupwara district are craving for water for the last five months. Locals said water supply scheme for Batpora, Karnah in Kupwara District is not functioning from last five months and authorities are watching like mute spectators. The people, locals said have to walk several kilometres to get water from canals. They said the authorities were approached several times without results.
