Sudershan Gupta's demise condoled 10/4/2016 10:21:48 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 4: Jammu District Volleyball Association condoled that sad demise of the Sudershan Gupta in meeting held under the chairmanship of S. Manmeet Singh Aman President Jammu District Volleyball Association and expressed deep shock and grief over the sudden demise of Late Sudharshan Gupta, Patron Volleyball Association of J&K. Two minutes silence was observed for the eternal peace of the departed soul. During meeting H.S. Gill, Secretary, Jammu District Volleyball Association in his address highlighted the contributions made by Late Sudharshan Gupta in promoting volleyball in J&K State, who made possible introducing J&K state volleyball at the National Level. Gill further said that death of the Gupta is irreparable loss to volleyball fraternity in particular and sports community of J&K in general. He also disclosed that Jammu District Volleyball championship (Boys/Girls) 2016, which was scheduled to be held on 5th to 6th October, 2016 at M.A. Stadium, Jammu has been postponed due to sudden demise of Sh.
