| Congress condemns Pak firing on civilian areas | | | Early Times report
Jammu, Oct 4: Expressing concerns over the unprovoked firing by the Pakistan army on civil population, the Ravinder Sharma(Ex-MLC) Chief Spokesman Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has strongly condemned the Pakistan firing targeting civil population in Nowshera sector.
Strongly condemning the Pakistan firing, Ravinder Sharma(Ex-MLC) Chief Spokesman PCC said that people of India are peace loving and believe on the principle of 'live and let live' but it was Pakistan which has posed proxy war over India for the last over four decades and further targeted Paksitan for escalating border tension.
Sr Congress leader Mr Sharma praised Indian Army which has proved time and again its capability and Pakistan should learn the lesson from past and work towards establishing peace in the region. He however asked the people to remain alert in the situation and urged upon the district administration to provide all sorts of help to the border area people including free ration and basic facilities of life, at the proposed camps. |
