10/4/2016 11:41:12 PM
Early Times Report

ABDULLIAN (International Border), Oct 4: After intensifying firing on the Line of Control (LoC), Pakistani Army is slowly slowly replacing Rangers on the International Border (IB) to make IB also active in the coming days. In the most of the forward posts of IB from Kathua to Akhnoor, Pakistani Army has replaced Rangers.
Credible sources said that instead of directly coming forward to take over forward posts, soldiers of Pakistani Army have donned uniforms of Rangers to hoodwink their Indian counterparts.
In R S Pura sector, Pakistani Army has taken over control from Rangers on September 30, a day after surgical strikes. Similarly in Akhnoor sector for the last two days, Pakistani Army has been replacing Rangers.
Reports further revealed that in Samba, Arnia, Hiranagar and Kathua sectors, Rangers are only for the name and in real sense, it is Pakistani Army which has taken total control of the border.
There is huge concentration of Pakistani Army on other side of the border. And this deployment of Pakistani Army has created fear among residents of these sectors.
Reports said that in guise of Rangers, Pakistan Army is manning IB also and most of the Rangers have been pushed behind.
After taking over from Rangers, Paksitani Army has already asked the people on other side of the border to vacate the border villages. Most of the Pakistani villagers across the border have been vacated on the directions of the Pakistani Army.
Reports said that Pakistani Army has deployed heavy artillery all along the IB but by and large entire IB belt is peaceful.
As reported in the media that intelligence agencies have already informed local administration about movement of Pakistani Army near IB from Kathua to Aknoor.
After getting reports about movement of Pakistani Army near IB senior officers immediately rushed to the border villages to caution the residents against any action from across the border.
