"Regularise all non regularised employees working in different departments"

Jammu, Nov 13: In a statement issued by senior trade union leader and state vice president and incharge of Kashmir division of Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum ,Bhupinder Singh appealed Chief Minister and all ministers to consider the long pending demand of All Non Regularised employees working in different departments like PWD, PHE, Health, Education, PDD, Tourism,Stationary department, Social welfare, Agriculture and frame regularization policy for all these non Regularised employees as early as possible.
Singh said that with the formation of this Govt headed by first Late Chief Minister Mufti Mohd.Sayed and now Headed by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti , all Non Regularised employees working in different departments were high hopes from this Govt to regularize the services but till time no steps has been taken by the Government to frame regularization policy for Non Regularised employees , as a result all these Non Regularised employees are Protesting for Regularization Policy from last many months.
Singh said that thousands Rets and all daily wagers ,contractual employees, consolidated,Need basis and other non regularized employees have not received their salary on festivals and as a result so many festivals celebrated without salary. He demanded immediate release of Pending salary of Rets,RRets and other employees working in different departments. He said that the families of these Employees had been pushed to starvation and other miseries which the worst kind of exploitation akin to the human rights violations. Singh appealed State Government to frame a regularization Policy for all Non Regularized employees and streamline the salary of Rets and other employees of state working in different departments, otherwise All these employees will come on roads jointly for their rights.
