Kathua, Nov 24:- Kathua Congress unit today staged massive protest demonstration here at Kathua and blocked national highway under the leadership of GA Mir state president.
Congress expressed resentment against Prime minister Narinder Modi and alleged him to be sheltering his men before demonetization.
Pankaj Dogra Organizing Secretary JKPCC and working President of District said," Black sheep in BJP who have lot of black money and who were sheltered and must be exposed before public" and added that everyone knew BJP men adjusted their black money before demonetization and PM backed them. Naresh Sharma senior Leader PCC alleged BJP leaders and said that they were involved in corruption and wore mask before general public and added that demonetization created problems for common men as no preparation were done by union government to make the system smooth before demonetization.
Congress demanded strict action against BJP MLA from whose possession 13 crore rupees were recovered.
Addressing a massive protest of Congress workers against BJP ministers for their involvement in corrupt practices, Pramjeet Singh Pamma said that so-called honesty of the BJP ministers have been exposed in a short span after formation of the Coalition Government.
Pankaj Sharma said that while the common people are facing hardship due to demonetization move of the Centre, BJP ministers in Jammu and Kashmir are worried about the huge money of demonetized currency, which they have accumulated through illegal means and misdeeds.
On the other side people stranded on the way during traffic jam expressed concern due to suffering. Few said, "This is not the proper way to create problem for general public by blocking road to express resentment against ruling party. |
