Jammu, Nov 25: Police today claimed to have arrested a notorious criminal who was evading his arrest since long in an attempt to murder case,
"On specific information Police Post Parade arrested one absconder and a notorious criminal namely Mohitesh Kumar alias Munna of Rajpura Shakti Nagar Jammu, from Dogra Hall, Jammu, Police spokesman said here today.
He said, " the accused was involved in a case under FIR No 91/2005 u/s 307/109/120 B and 3/25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Pacca Danga.
Police spokesperson further said that the accused was evading his arrest since long and a local court has already issued warrant under section 512 CrPC against the above said absconder. |
