Rajouri, Dec 1: Although the state coalition government is claiming to provide neat and clean governance in Jammu and Kashmir state, especially the chief minister continually changing the cabinet ministers for the health and medical science to make the system fair, but in real the system of health department is paralyzed in all over the Rajouri district.
Locals of Sundarbani, Nowshera, Manjakote, Thana Mandi, Kalakote, Darhal, Kotranka and Budhal etc allegedly said that heath system is defunct and authorities are not taking any action.
People said they have approached many times to chief medical officer CMO Rajouri, but all in vain. They condemned the poor policies of the said officer and said this type of officer should be punished. Reporter on the complaint of Mohammed Azeem, Ghulam Rasool, Allah Din Vikrant Kumar, Rahul Sharma, Sunita Devi, Jahangir Khan and many others visited some areas of the Rajouri and found that the system is dilapidated in all over Rajouri.
Sources informed Early Times that the medical facilities are not provided to the common masses as central and state governments are claiming for better health facilities.
They appealed to chief minister Mehbooba Mufti and health minister Bali Bhagat to intervene in the matter personally and investigate it deeply. They demanded for strong action against CMO. While trying to speak with CMO Rajouri in this regard he didn't accepted his call.
